The awards are judged by an esteemed panel of industry leaders and experts, the judging is a rigorous two-stage process including pre-scoring to determine shortlists and a judging meeting where entries are discussed and evaluated in detail to decide the winning entries.

From a transparency perspective, we may video aspects of the judging session to show at the ceremony and give entrants an insight into why a winning entry was chosen.

Motoko Hunt | President | AJPR

Since establishing AJPR in 1998, Motoko Hunt has been providing online marketing services to various companies around the world. Mazen is the head of Global Digital Media and Martech, The Netherlands/Signapore. Leading a team working on specialized nutrition products such as baby formula and his responsibilities cover media, technology, CRM, Website/SEO, Digital transformation, and innovation. Mazen oversees media pitches, digital strategies and transformation, and design of the technology ecosystem following the JBP with key suppliers such as Facebook, Google, & Tik-tok. Before moving to the Netherlands, Mazen worked at the agency side for 6+ years based in Dubai, Singapore, and Beirut. His diverse portfolio covers prominent multinationals such as BlackBerry, Samsung, Emirates, Etihad airlines, and all the Richemont Luxury brands. Nick Seckold | Regional Vice President, APAC | Microsoft Advertising

Over the last 20 years Nick has held a number of senior leadership roles around the world having worked in both the UK & Singapore before returning to Australia to lead Dentsu’s Global Digital Marketing Agency iProspect as CEO ANZ prior to joining Microsoft in 2019. Nick spent more than 10 years with WPP’s flagship Media Agency Mindshare where he held a number of leadership roles including: Head of Search UK, Head of Digital APAC and the CEO of Mindshare Singapore. Nick’s wealth of experience also includes spending more than 3 years with Facebook Singapore as the APAC Regional Director leading the development and expansion of the tech company's Marketing Analytics platform "Atlas" before transferring to Facebook’s Marketing Science unit to lead the Global Agency and Global Accounts teams. In his role at Microsoft Advertising, Nick is the Regional Vice President for APAC, responsible for the regions strategic growth, development and operational capabilities within the Asia Pacific region.
