Neon Treehouse, an Australian-based digital marketing agency known for its bright, bold, and imaginative work, continues to push boundaries with global hires, a new HQ, and a future-facing model driven by the bright and imaginative ideas of strategy-focused people, with accelerated efficiencies supported by embracing AI.

Shortlisted at the APAC Search Awards in 2025. The agency has recently welcomed three new senior appointments from across the globe. Joanne Wong, former Performance Manager working with brands like LVMH and L’Oréal through leading global agencies has joined the team as Head of Digital Ad Strategy in the Melbourne office. Pui Tong Yong, a marketing leader with over a decade of experience on major international projects in Hong Kong, has joined the team as Senior Digital Ads Manager also in the Melbourne office. Finally, Emily Hardy, bringing a wealth of experience from top-tier agencies and Australian brand experience, has joined as Account Manager in the Adelaide office.

“These hires are just the beginning of our endeavour to really level up the offering of Neon Treehouse to the world, and to honour our ongoing commitment to building a world-class team of thinkers, makers and strategists who drive results, ” explains Joshua White, the CEO of Neon Treehouse and the original founder of the company from 2012.

Already trusted by brands including Illuminate Adelaide, WOMADelaide, The Shoe Group, AEDA, Brands Direct Online, and more, Neon Treehouse continues to deepen its work across a wide range of industries, from cultural institutions, eCommerce brands, and government initiatives. With long-standing client relationships and an agile model, the agency is built to scale smartly with its partners.

In an effort to raise the bar for talent attraction and retention, as well as to create world class culture, workplace, and campaign results, Neon Treehouse has introduced a 9-day fortnight, on top of their hybrid work arrangements and wellbeing days (known as CUP days, to fill your cup!), reinforcing its belief that creative performance is fuelled by wellbeing. Additionally, the business has moved its Adelaide headquarters to Level 2 of the building at 66 Wyatt Street, which was purpose built originally to be used as a cold store, now a prime creative slot housed with the likes of design firm Enoki, and wedding and engagement rings specialist Temple & Grace.

Nick Jeavons, the General Manager of Neon Treehouse, believes that the moves from the company show how you can stay true to your core value whilst embracing technologies like AI. “AI is an enabler, not a replacer. We stand true to our belief in that people are at the centre of everything we do, and are embracing what AI is offering our workforce to keep them engaged at a higher level of thinking to better our client experiences and outcomes.”

The company now boasts a workforce of 20+ staff servicing 100+ clients across Australia and the globe. With these most recent announcements, the company expects to see continued success to add to its already compelling journey including 3x Finalist in the Fast Mover SA Awards, Finalist in the SEMRush Awards in 2023 and the APAC Search Awards in 2024, all whilst continuing to deliver imaginative and effective strategies and world class talent to its clients projects, keeping them ahead of the curve.
