This year at the Global Search Awards, the Megantic team scored gold on the global stage. The proud team celebrated their two prestigious wins in Australia, Macedonia, Canada and England, taking home ‘Best Use of Search – B2B’ with Capital Equipment Hire and‘Best Low Budget Campaign’ with HardTuned US

Megantic & Capital Equipment Hire

The national leading cleaning equipment dealer came to Megantic in 2023 after experiencing a significant drop in first-page keyword rankings and organic traffic. Their existing SEO performance had stalled, and the business was struggling to connect with high-intent users searching for both purchase and hire solutions. Megantic helped Capital Equipment Hire turn a steep drop in organic visibility into a powerful growth channel.

Like all successful projects with Megantic, Capital Equipment’s journey began with three key stages to ensure that the website attracted qualified traffic that converted. This online-first strategy delivered standout results: online purchases up 64%, total leads up 77%, hire leads surging 181%.

Megantic & HardTuned US

The Hardtuned US campaign proved that true excellence in SEO comes from strategic leadership and technical execution, not budget size. HardTuned is a global streetwear brand, founded in 1997, with design studios in the Gold Coast (Australia) and Osaka (Japan) and owned by car-enthusiasts who wanted to create premium JDM-inspired and drift-inspired apparel and accessories.

They partnered with Megantic in December 2023 to conduct a feasibility study and in-depth website research for the USA site, aimed at creating a strategic blueprint for the US site’s architecture ahead of its planned restructure.

Throughout the campaign, Frezel and megantic’s technical seo team, based across australia, north america and macedonia, focused on 21 priority pages and 198 keywords, strategically maximising a limited budget for maximum performance. The results demonstrated what is possible when the strategic direction is strong, delivering a 417% jump in positions 1-3 rankings, a 372% increase in impressions, a 210% lift in clicks, and significant growth in users, sessions, transactions and revenue.
