A New Measure of Green
Solar Run, a renewable energy provider, wanted to improve their visibility in Australia’s competitive sustainability space. Despite their great solutions and a solid business, solar industry is such that it needs mainstream credibility, and they needed high-quality backlinks to improve their online presence.
What We Did
We flipped the script on how sustainability is usually talked about, focusing on solar energy adoption instead of the usual environmental metrics. Using data from the Clean Energy Council, we created a ranking of Australian suburbs based on solar panel installations and turned it into a story people couldn’t ignore.

- Creating the Buzz: Wrote a detailed report and designed a visually compelling landing page to showcase the findings.
- Getting the Word Out: Sent press releases to media outlets that care about sustainability, landing coverage on platforms like Channel 7 and news.com.au.
The Impact
The campaign delivered 30 high-quality backlinks, 30,000 impressions, and even a featured snippet on Google Australia for “greenest suburbs.” It also earned Solar Run TV coverage on Channel 7 News, where the Greenest Suburbs report was prominently referenced. Solar Run is now turning heads as a key player in renewable energy.

Forward Travel, a boutique tour operator, had a unique offering: trips to niche destinations like Iraq and Sierra Leone. But standing out in a market saturated with mainstream travel options wasn’t easy. With little media coverage and low search engine rankings, they needed a way to connect with curious, adventurous, and seasoned travellers looking for something different.
What We Did
We created a campaign to highlight Forward Travel’s expertise in “dark tourism,” a growing interest among experienced travellers eager to explore the world’s less-travelled paths. Here’s how we brought their story to life:
- Storytelling and PR: Sent a press release through Medianet, drawing attention to the fascinating destinations they offer.
- Content Strategy: Published articles targeting niche travel keywords to boost their search presence.
- Media Collaboration: Set up interviews and photo opportunities with journalists to tell their story authentically.
The Results
The campaign delivered incredible results: media coverage in Australian outlets like news.com.au and The Leader, and even international platforms like the New York Post. In just a year, Forward Travel saw impressions soar to 7.79K and clicks increase to 357, opening doors to new markets and putting them on the map for immersive, unconventional travel.
From Tiles to Traffic
Nouvelle, a kitchen and bathroom renovation company, was facing a digital challenge. Renovating kitchens and bathrooms can be very expensive and our understanding that people do not spend $100K for a kitchen or $35K for a bathroom online. They need to touch and feel the product and meet the people behind it and trust them. To thrive in a digital-first world, they needed a strategy to turn things around and cement their place as leaders in high-end renovations.
